By writ and order of A.J. Stumpy Johnson, the 2SJ vaults and archives have been reopened, revealing a long-unreleased quartet of rarities:

Featuring:
3 Remixes by hip-hop luminary Mike Ivey of the legendary Washington D.C. band Basehead*
1 remix by Arthur Loves Plastic**, legendary queer DC/Baltimore-based DJ, producer, remixer and performer
These four remixes of the Supermercado! version of “Champions” were commissioned by 2SJ back in 1998 and have sat unheard and unreleased since then - UNTIL NOW!!!
This vinyl release, limited to only 200 copies, is pressed on Molten Gold Virgin Vinyl, making it the only official 2SJ release to have “shipped gold” (albeit self-awarded).
Priced at $20, this collector’s item 12” was pressed not to turn a quick buck, but because the band members not only wanted it in our personal record collections, but to share it with the truest Champions in the 2SJ fan base.
It also serves as a placeholder in the interim as we anticipate the announcement of the next BIG DELUXE 2SJ Vinyl Release, slated for mid-2025 - stay tuned!***
